I am so honored to show you photos of beautiful Freddie at 4 days new! His mummy is a very dear friend of mine so I was over the moon when she booked me for the ‘Mummy and Me’ sessions (maternity and newborn). I watched as her glowing bump grew in size and waited for the day id get the phone call to say she was having him…this soon came around and I was there in a heartbeat to snap away at her little beauty!
Freddie had the most gorgeous yet black hair, which made me chuckle as Charlotte had horrendous heartburn through her pregnancy and we often joked he would come out will a full head of hair…I guess this brings us back to the subject of old wives tales and if there is any truth behind them?
Freddie has a big brother, Alfie who is 2, he soon grabbed my hand and led me to his new brother, saying ‘come see, come see’. He was such a darling with his new baby brother and loved having his little responsibilities such as fetching me various props. Alfie was then taken to play outside with grammar until the end of the session where we brought him back and did some sibling photos. I’ve never seen anyone’s face light up so much, he loved looking down and seeing his little brother laying there. You could tell he was bursting with excitement and kept saying ‘more photos please’ which makes a change to them shying away from the strange lady with a camera! Alfie’s grammar, plays a big part in their lives and will forever hold a special place in her heart for her grandchildren so it was lovely to be able to capture a photo that represents their love for each other!
Anyway enough rambling on I will let you coo over the little images that were taken during my time with this growing family J the theme of our session…black and white, timeless artwork pieces
